Terms of use
Last updated 23 October 2026
RoundPals is a game app for friends sitting at the same table. Games, saved scores and friends stay on the players’ phones. Version 1.0 includes one-time purchases to unlock games and bundles.
Using the app
RoundPals is for personal, non-commercial play. Some games require a one-time unlock; prices and bundle contents are shown before you confirm a purchase. On the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. On Android, the applicable store terms also apply. You may not redistribute the app or present its name, buddies or artwork as your own; third-party materials remain subject to their included licenses and your statutory rights are unaffected.
Play for fun, not for money
The chips in Texas Hold’em, Blackjack and Zha Jin Hua are game scores only: they cannot be bought, sold, transferred for money or cashed out. Game unlocks buy access to a game, not chips, stakes or prizes. Do not use RoundPals for real-money gambling.
At the table
Your name, buddy, chat and reactions are seen by the people at your table, and a host can remove anyone between games. You're responsible for what you type and how you behave at a table, as you would be in person. Please keep names and chat decent: other people, children included, see them.
Your games stay on your phones
Saved games, score sheets and your friends list live on your phone, and during a game on the phones at your table. Delete the app and they're gone; we have no copy and can't restore them. What the app sends, and when, is in the Privacy policy.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is. Phone-to-phone connections depend on the phones, their Wi-Fi radios and the surroundings, so we don't promise it works in every place or on every device, or that a game never breaks off. To the extent the law allows, the maker isn't liable for any loss from using, or not being able to use, the app. Nothing here limits the rights consumer law gives you where you live.
Purchases
Game unlocks and bundles are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. A host who owns a game can invite friends to join that table free. Solo computer play and supported two-player play on one phone require that phone’s own unlock. The store processes payment; buying or restoring needs internet. If a purchase is missing, use the restoration option with the same store account before paying again. Cross-store ownership is not promised. Refund requests follow the purchasing store’s process and applicable consumer law. Contact support if access is missing. Payment details belong with the store, not in a feedback message.
Changes
We may change the app or these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed; carrying on using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

App
